Meditation is a illusion

Meditation is an illusion like other religions.
So, Relaxation is right. and It's very useful and nice thing.

The state of no-thinking? That's possible to anybody who fool do not think. And, That's very very hard and incomprehensible state to me.
Also, That's useless itself.

But, If you listen to a music, You can stay at close to no-thinking.
Because, That's feeling.

Also, If you listen to your breath sound or feel your heart moving,
You can reach to comfortable state. and That's the relaxation.

In fact, Buddha's Meditation is not no-thinking. It was hard thinking.
Only 'Thinking' can save you.
Then, You can get a 'Peaceful Mind'
